Vertical Training

One of the most revolutionary and efficient training techniques ever devised involves vertical training, a program designed around our keynote feature, The Wall. Here you will receive one on one workouts that are geared to focus and develop the five components of fitness referred to earlier.

During your wall workout, your vital signs will be closely monitored, especially your heartbeat and its recovery capabilities during and after a workout. A member of our fitness team will work with you to improve your wall workout techniques. This is a critical part of the program. As your technique improves, you will begin to see the remarkable gains in your strength, power, agility, endurance and speed. What you gain from TAG Wall sessions are the ABCs of our program: Activation-Balance-Caloric Burn-Decompression & Efficiency.

Once you master the proper techniques as practiced at TAG and its innovative Wall workout program, you will be able to breeze through a complete and very fulfilling workout session in as little as 45 minutes. No other plan can come close to offering you anything nearly effective as our plan. To reach and maintain yourself at the level you seek, this workout schedule can be done three days a week. Our secret is an open one. It is the Wall that, along with our specially designed workouts, put all 600 muscles in your body to work during one scientifically designed session.
